These terms apply to your use of this website and to repair services provided by Woman Wireless On The Go. By using the site or booking a repair, you agree to them.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are free and based on the information you provide. If we find additional damage or a different problem when we examine the device, we'll explain it and give you a new price before doing any extra work. No work beyond the agreed quote is done without your approval.
Your device
- You confirm that you own the device or are authorized by the owner to have it repaired.
- Please back up your data before any repair. Screen and port repairs don't normally affect stored data, but we can't be responsible for data loss.
- Devices with existing liquid damage, corrosion, prior repairs or bent frames carry a higher risk that other faults appear during repair. We'll tell you if we see these before we start.
Unlocking
We only provide carrier-unlocking assistance for devices you own. We do not bypass passcodes, iCloud Activation Lock, Google account locks or any other anti-theft protection, and we may refuse service on any device we reasonably believe is lost or stolen.
Appointments
We'll do our best to arrive within the time window we agree. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call or text (365) 351-4247 as early as possible.
Parts and warranty
Replacement parts and any warranty that applies will be explained when we quote your repair. Warranty does not cover new physical or liquid damage after the repair.
